5 District Schedules for 2016-2017?

About 2 days before the first games. After 3 changes.

I jest. Hopefully this week...last year was right after Labour Day.

I would not like to be the sucker doing schedules for this. Just working on practice schedules for my club has me hiding under my desk talking to myself...

I guess it could be a bit of politics but it really boils down to the actions of a single individual.

You will see very little improvement in this area until the leagues stand up to this individual and say enough is enough.

18 teams in the u13 boys Division 1. Why not two division of 9 - play everyone once, add some crossovers to get to 12-14 games played before Christmas. 18 teams or two divisions of 9 is not perfect - there will always be imbalance but at least you know every team in your league essentially had the same schedule.

A lot of these groups are showing even numbers but there are a lot of byes.

Yes. G1 G2, S1 S2. Thats the route to take. But they stopped that a few years ago for some reason.

Lots of teams missing. Schedule still needs work. For example, lots of CFC teams missing. Div 3/4 missing lots of teams.

And who knows. Lol
