TSS GAINS ENTRY INTO BCSPL YOUTH LEAGUE

I agree it does look this way. And that's not a good look. The clubs who entered appear to me to be of the standard required for BCSPL re: how the clubs are run. They'll likely attract good players from outside their district and nearest neighbours I'd think too. But should FVFC, Fusion...

TSS GAINS ENTRY INTO BCSPL YOUTH LEAGUE

It's relatively fair re: where the clubs are located. Chwk-Abby should not have a BCSPL team. Don't develop enough good players and won't attract anyone to drive there to play. They develop players for the league, just not enough to form their own competitive teams. What should have happened...

    BCSPL's Mountain United FC rebrands

I don't think it takes an artist's eye to see that the Rapids 1995 one is far better than the traditional mountain crest (which is quite nice TBF!) and even then that much better than the current blue one. I agree, change for change's sake because someone got bored and said "let's not only...

    BCSPL's Mountain United FC rebrands

No kidding. But the whole thing is just.....my word, one of their players who happens to be an artist could have designed something dramatically better than this! When my club re-branded we looked at many different models, colour schemes etc. One of the board members happened to be an...

    2018 BC Coastal U18 Div 1

How do top teams qualify for provincial cup? Only finishing 1-2 in Coastal Cup? Metro uses seeding, wonder why lower tiers don't? Not sure how I feel about seeding. A few years ago I coached a team that finished 2nd last in our league, but we went many months unbeaten to finish the year and by...

    Whitecaps, CWNT, McCormack

Appreciate Caps having called VPD now, and they should receive appreciation for that. But their response to date has been woeful. "The President" should have to answer very serious questions, publically, as should his boss. In addition I want to know if Coastal FC was made aware of the reason...

    Whitecaps, CWNT, McCormack

I said on twitter earlier today same thing - there's no chance Coastal were the only people who knew about this. Jack Reddy clearly heard about it and said it was knowledge known throughout the community. Everyone who knew and didn't speak up is guilty. Jack spoke up to his club, but he is also...

Still wondering where this allegation of coaches sexual assault are documented other than this message board?

    BC Coastal Soccer League

It's been about 4 of the last 5 years for sure. Last two years snow. Freezing cold the year before last (or two years before last?). Freezing cold again this year keeping the snow on the ground longer than usual. This will continue. The season should not end at spring break. Coastal Cup...

Before MLS, there was the NASL

BC Place is a terrible venue. Nearly impossible to get me to go back and watch a game there having grown up watching games at Swangard. BC Place is terrible. Whitecaps HAVE to get outside!!

    BC Coastal Soccer League

It's actually quite common. My u11 team last year and u12 team this year played 3 games post-Christmas each season. CHANGE THE PLAYING SEASON!! March-June, Sept-Nov. Problems solved.

    BC Coastal Soccer League

Sorry to hear that and I get your frustration. BCCSL/District 5 has been retroactively cancelling games from an entire weekend when most teams can't play their games for the past few seasons I believe.
