13 is fine - if the rule is min 12 and max 16. I personally wouldn't recommend carrying 13 for 8v8 because it makes playing time a bit more difficult....but it's fine for the rules.

What document showed you that roster size rule? Your pic suggests it's a BC Soccer document. I just reviewed the BCSA Small Sided referee rule book (and found an insane free kick rule by the way - but that's a different discussion lol) and it makes no mention of roster sizes. I googled within...
