Hey Anant,
Welcome to the discussion!
I haven't heard anything definitive but I've been checking daily and will post something here as soon as I see links to the schedules posted - of course if anyone else sees, please post here to let others know!
Cheers,
Regs.
Home date announcement scheduled for today in a couple of hours (1PM Pacific I think) with strong rumours that Vancouver will host one of them in November.
Would love to get out and support our MNT, it's been too long here in these parts!
I'm looking at the various schedules and don't see kick off times nor fields being listed for a majority of the games - am I missing something here on how the schedules are to work? How are teams to know the time and where they are playing?
Cheers,
Regs.
Quick note:
Links to the following leagues have been published now on the hosted leagues page:
Fraser Valley Youth Soccer Association
Tri-Cities Youth Soccer Association
Surrey Metro Soccer Association District 1
The first 2 don't have any actual schedules published yet but I won't have the...
Can't believe the start Chelsea has had... I wonder what type of leash Mourinho has right now?!?!?
As crazy as it sounds, the league title is surely out of reach for them already!
For you coaches, do you lay out a plan before the season starts on goals for your team and if so, do those plans change after the first game drastically, i.e., you futz'd up evaluating where they were and need to alter training sessions?

Good article here on Robbo and the Caps published in the Guardian:
Carl Robinson hopes global travels can spur Canadian success in MLS
Interesting that he had a 7 year plan... I can't even plan what I'm having for lunch today

Kids, Coaches, or Parents?
Good luck to everyone involved and enjoy yourselves!
Then come back here and post your complaints :)
Cheers,
Regs.
On the boys side, it looks like Single A, Double A and Triple A all have their BC Championships the weekend of November 25-27 so all district games would be played before then
If the club was suspended, not really too sure you can complain about people moving their children to new teams / clubs.
Like all families, each club has it's own quirks and 'in-house' squabbling - it wouldn't be youth amateur sports without :)
Every team in our group is what I would term "struggling"... including us :(
As much as the team defense has been touted this calendar year, I find them to be weak on the ball and somewhat 'immature' in their decision making.
We must win all our home dates because I don't see this team...
You could not pay me enough to do what the schedulers and score reporters put up with :)
There should be a better system though, especially this day and age.
Quick question to those of you looking at the schedules (and eventually the scores and standings): what are your biggest pain points /...
